Nourish Class

Series

Session 1: What am I supposed to be eating?

Monday February 2nd + February 9th | 5:30 - 7pm | Virtual + In-Person at The Elderberry

What do I eat?

This has become such a complicated question. In this class, we’ll be answering it simply, with easy to understand concepts, fool-proof recipes, and straightforward instruction that will take the overwhelm out of feeding yourself and your family.

In NOURISH, Natalie will show you traditional ways of relating to food preparation. If you're exhausted by all the hype around the latest food or supplement trend and want a simpler way, this class is for you.

As someone who has personal experience with histamine intolerance, alpha-gal, and gluten intolerance (not to mention feeding her own child from infancy to teenage-hood...), Natalie has mastered the art of eating well.

She also likes to keep things simple. So you won't leave this class overwhelmed by loads of information. You'll pick one small but impactful shift you can make right away, and you'll have resources to return to when you're ready for your next step.

Natalie will also share several recipes (like bone marrow vanilla custard!!) and demo some of her favorites in class.

Learn the fundamentals of nourishment through food and herbs with clinical herbalist Natalie Rader, inspired by the Nourishing Traditions philosophy.

More about NOURISH:

  • NOURISH is based off of the Nourishing Traditions food ways, so it will discuss and promote animal products. That said, if you're vegetarian or vegan, you can still benefit from this class. Natalie will discuss proper preparation of vegetables and grains, plus key principles that apply to anyone regardless of their specific diet.

  • The live class dates are subject to change with weather, but everyone will have access to the virtual live stream via zoom and the class recordings.

  • NOURISH is the first class in the Nourishment Class Series.
Once a quarter, we'll add to these foundational principles with topics like sleep, movement, and stress management.

  • There are no refunds for class purchases
