Inside Voices
A 6-Week intensive on cultivating Intuitive, Divinatory and Self-Awareness practices
In-Person at The Elderberry: Thursdays, 6:30 - 8pm, May 7 - June 11
Virtual via Zoom: Fridays, 10 - 11:30am, May 8 - June 12
During this six-week intensive we will use our personal experiences, consciousness practices, divination, and deep listening in order to hear, recognize, and be guided by our own inner voices.
Through conversation, story, and hands-on practice, we will break down personal walls, and learn how to listen and perceive in new ways.
We’ll talk about what it means to “be intuitive,” learn skills of discernment, and grounding techniques.
We will locate and develop our own languages of intuition, start to secure and utilize our preferred avenues and tools, and depart with a greater skillset and a deeper understanding of how to nurture, listen to, and be guided by our own intuitive practices in our current world.

Does your belly need a little sunshine/digestive support? This is our take on classic warming digestive bitters. Good digestive “fire” supports overall wellness, especially general mood or outlook. Plus, as we age, or habitually eat inappropriate foods, our digestive fire can dampen. Taken before meals in a little water, these tasty and warming bitters rekindle the digestive fire and bring balance.
