FOUNDATION isn’t a course reminding you of the dangers of using screens at night or the benefits of drinking plenty of water, or any of the million things you’ve heard before in the wellness space.

It’s a guide to becoming the version of you who puts yourself and your health first, who’s your own healer — not through reliance on a miracle drug or supplement stack — but by reigniting your relationship with your own body and coming back to the basic, human, (not-so-sexy) fundamentals of health.

You don’t need someone to tell you how important sleep is.

You need to finally let yourself rest and receive instead of convincing yourself you need Ashwagandha or another adaptogenic herb.

You don’t need someone to tell you to that your emotions are meant to be felt and transformed rather than numbed.

You need to dig underneath your depressive rut to find the hidden truth that will set you free instead of relying on saffron and St. John’s wort when you feel the blues.

You don’t need someone to tell you to eat less sugar or eat more protein.

You need to change your relationship to nourishment and reception instead of will power-ing your way through another fad diet.

At its core, health is simple. Water. Sun. Real food. Sleep. Peace and calm in your nervous system.

FOUNDATION dissolves the complexity (ingrained habits, subconscious programs, hidden fears, a diagnoses label) and steadies you on solid ground so you can create health and vitality that lasts.
